In Luke chapter 2 Simeon, a man the Bible says was "Just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel" it says that the Holy Spirit revealed to him that he would not see death until he saw the Lord's salvation. And what was the Lord's salvation? A BABY. God's salvation is ALWAYS a baby. God has yet to send a deliverer into the world that did not come through the womb. One VERY notable one crushed Satan's head! Hense one of the many reasons the adversary is suspect and opposes all childbirths.
When I plead for the life of a child when his or her mother is headed into the abortuary I often beg the mother to consider that she may be aborting her deliverer. That an unexpected pregnancy doesnt have to be the end of a life but rather can be the beginning of two beautiful lives if she would simply allow God's plan for her to unfold.

How beautiful a way to see Christ! Yes, we should think of His great power and majesty, and the Divine Justice...but we must also remember the great lengths that God went to in order to save humanity...the great mercy of God, and the great love of God.
